  • What if I can't see what I'm looking for?

    If you can’t find the flowers or arrangement you’re after, don’t worry — we’re here to help. As an Auckland-based florist, we create custom bouquets every day and can design something especially for you. Simply get in touch with your ideas, preferred colours, or a photo for inspiration, and we’ll put together a beautiful arrangement that fits your style and budget.

    Because we source fresh flowers daily, not everything we offer is always listed online — so feel free to message us and we can let you know what’s in season and available.

  • Can I send a card with a personal message?

    Yes, absolutely! Every order includes a free hand-stamped card, perfect for a short and sweet message. Simply add your message at checkout under Card – Additional Information.

    All messages are handwritten, adding a personal touch to your flowers.

    Because our complimentary cards have limited space, if you’d like to write a longer or more detailed message, you’re welcome to choose one of our larger cards available under the Cards section on our shop page. We’ll include it with your flowers and make sure it looks beautiful.

  • Do you do same-day flower delivery in Auckland?

    Yes — we offer reliable same-day flower delivery across Auckland and Franklin for orders received by 11.30 Monday to Friday.

    Same day deliveries for our local Auckland area including Takanini, Manurewa, Ardmore, Alfriston, Papakura and nearby suburbs by 2.30 Monday to Friday.

    Saturday for Auckland and Franklin if received by 5pm Friday. Same day for Manurewa, Papakura, Takanini, Ardmore, Clevedon and Alfriston if received by 11.30.

    No Sunday deliveries

    Same-day business deliveries please confirm on 021 124 5848 that we can reach your destination in time.

    Simply place your order before our cut-off time and we’ll ensure your blooms arrive fresh and on time.

  • Why is there a delivery fee, and how is it calculated?

    We charge a delivery fee so we can provide a reliable, professional flower delivery service across Auckland, Franklin and the upper Waikato, This fee covers the time, fuel and care it takes to safely hand-deliver your flowers to the correct address. We believe in being fully transparent, so all delivery fees are clearly shown upfront — and we never take delivery costs out of the value of your flowers.

    This means the full amount you spend goes directly into the bouquet itself, ensuring you or your recipient receives the freshest, highest-quality flowers possible. Delivery fees vary by suburb, and we keep our South Auckland rates affordable for areas such as Takanini, Manurewa, Manukau and Papakura.

  • Do you deliver to businesses, hospitals and funeral homes?

    Yes — we can deliver to workplaces, schools, hospitals and funeral homes throughout Auckland and Franklin. If the delivery location has specific rules, just let us know so we can ensure a smooth handover. To guarantee a same day timed delivery please contact us on 021 124 5848 for confirmation that it can reach its destination in time.

  • Do you deliver to Northern Waikato?

    Yes- we deliver to Tuakau, Pokeno, Meremere, Mercer, Mangatawhiri, Te Kauwhata Monday to Friday for orders received the day before delivery.

  • Can you tell me who sent my flowers?”

    We respect our customers’ privacy and follow the NZ Privacy Act. If you contact us, we can reach out to the sender and ask if they’re happy for us to share their details, but we can’t release this information without their permission.
